(trainee) Architect

What does the job entail?
- Program definition, concept formation and design of challenging project sites
- You develop architecture with a high degree of autonomy
- You consult with the client, engineer, local authorities etc. during every phase of the construction.
- Full BIM project development
- Strategic thinking and planning of project phases
- You provide project leadership and direction
- You provide hands-on, on-site guidance and assistance
Your professional profile
- (trainee) Architect or architectural engineer
- Urban and or spatial planning expertise (a plus)
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience
- TiD : Talent in Design
- Extensive experience in B: Build
- Strong affinity with F: Finance

- Drafting detailed plans for bow projects
- Dialogue with the bow team during each phase
- Organising projects and determining timing
- Costing dossiers and monitoring the budget before, during and after the work
- Working with a lot of autonomy

- Site mastermind = site preparation, monitoring and follow-up
- Architect or architectural engineer, industrial or civil engineer or equivalent experience
- Extensive experience of B: Building
